Payment Options:
At the moment, we only accept payment online through PayPal. If you would like to pay by personal cheque or email money transfer (in Canada), please send us an email and we can work something out! Please note we would not be able to ship your purchase until the cheque has cleared.
Shipping & Returns:
Shipping & Returns: Free shipping on orders over $150* CDN.
Polka Dot Daisy will cover the cost of shipping & handling on all orders over $150 to Canada & the United States.
International customers please email info@polkadotdaisy.ca for a shipping quote. Please remember to include your full mailing address as well as the items you wish to purchase. Free shipping is not available for international orders. Payment via Paypal only at this time.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped out within 3-4 business days of the date you place your order. All items are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx depending on the size of the order. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Please email us before placing an order if you would like expedited shipping - we will do our best to get your order to you quickly!
You are responsible for all shipping & handling costs which are calculated at the time of checkout. When shipping outside of Canada, there may be additional duty/customs charges. See below for details.
Shipping within Canada - $10.00 CDN flat rate. Shipping to the United States - $15.00 CDN flat rate. Shipping International - please contact info@polkadotdaisy.ca for a shipping quote.
Customs
In some cases additional customs/duty charges may be added when crossing the border - these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be calculated in advance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
**Shipping costs and free shipping exclude any additional duty charges that may be incurred at customs.
Returns
We value our customers and take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item or are not happy with the item you have received, please return it to us within 7 days in its original packaging and we will be happy to send you a replacement, issue a store credit, or refund the cost of the item - less shipping costs. Please send us an email to let us know which option you would prefer. For damages - please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and attach pictures showing how the product looked when received.
Please note: Make A Wish necklaces on thread are intended to break and are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they arrive damaged. Make a Wish necklaces on thread are not eligible for exchange or refund after 7 days. The magic of these special necklaces are when they wear off, your wish will come true!
**There is no refund on earrings.
For your security, please return product with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post) and hold onto your receipt. Polka Dot Daisy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
